Shipping policy

Processing your order:

We attempt to ship orders within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends, holidays and holiday observance days.) Please note that during certain high volume times (promotions, holiday seasons, etc) it may take us an additional 24-48 hours (excluding weekends, holiday and holiday observance days) to process and ship your order.

We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Although we work very hard to keep our inventory up to date and accurate, there are times where discrepancies are discovered, the condition of a product doesn’t meet our standards, or a popular item gets back-ordered.  In these situations, there may be a delay in completing your order. We make every effort to contact you with any issues that might delay your order.  Please note that we only ship orders complete.

Other factors that may delay your order are severe weather or other emergency situations, issues with billing and shipping address’ not matching what is on file with the payment used, and security flags received from the bank or credit card company requiring us to confirm information before completing the shipment.

Shipping your order:

Sample orders are shipped via USPS in a padded mailer. If sample orders exceed $75 in value, they must be shipped via Ground Shipping.

 

APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Parcel Select. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 45 days.

MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.

If your order arrives damaged:

 

If you purchased our products online and your merchandise was damaged during shipping, please take photos of the packaging, labels on the box, and the damaged product immediately.  Send a description of the issue with supporting photos to us at hello@indiehousefragrances.com so that we can work with the carrier to get a quick resolution for you.
